Code of Professional Ethics
The Code of Professional Ethics outlines the responsibilities of the head, teachers, and non-teaching staff emphasizing their obligation to conduct themselves professionally. This code ensures that all staff of the College uphold standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical behavior in their roles within the institution. The college follows the Code of Professional Ethics listed under Section 17 in the UGC Regulation 2018. Staff members are made aware that matters of conflict are to be referred to the grievance cell. Subsequently, matters that require escalation beyond the grievance cell are referred to the governing body, which acts as the highest authority within the institution.
